Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PANTA RAY S.r.l. PANTA RAY S.r.l. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please carefully read the following Terms before accessing this Site and/ or placing an Order. By accessing the Site, you accept and agree to all of the covenants and conditions set in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Site. By using this Site, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms. You also agree to review this agreement periodically to be aware of modifications to the agreement, which modifications PANTA RAY S.r.l. may make at any time. Your continued use of this Site will be deemed your conclusive acceptance of any modified agreement.
Online Store Terms for The CBCI Certification Course and Proprietary Course
Payment: Courses may be paid either by credit/debit card or through bank transfer, in Euros; exchange rates are based on the exchange rates applied by Stripe. PANTA RAY S.r.l. will raise an invoice for the course fees in electronic format (for Italian businesses) or via email (for non-Italian companies and single clients). Fees will include VAT (if applicable), according to the current regulation.
The enrolment of the delegate(s) is confirmed by the submission of this online form, which constitutes a binding contract between PANTA RAY and the Client.
Late Payments: To ensure the smooth running of the training sessions, in the event of any delay in the payment, PANTA RAY S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the participant/s attendance.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Participant Replacement: Participant substitution may be requested to PANTA RAY S.r.l. at any time at training@pantaray.eu; however, PANTA RAY S.r.l. reserves the right to evaluate every single request.
Right of Withdrawal: In case of withdrawal, in order to obtain a credit note for the outstanding invoice, the Client must e-mail training@pantaray.eu and be aware of the following:
- If the notice is received within 60 days prior to the start date of the course, PANTA RAY will issue a credit note that completely covers and cancels the outstanding invoice.
- If the notice is received within 30 days prior to the start date of the course, PANTA RAY will issue a credit note that covers and cancels only 50% of the outstanding invoice.
- In case of failure to notify within 30 days prior to the start date of the course, PANTA RAY will not issue any credit note and the outstanding invoice shall be paid.
Course Cancellation: PANTA RAY S.r.l. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course where we reasonably believe that it is impractical to run a particular course or where the number of clients enrolled for a particular course makes it uneconomical for PANTA RAY S.r.l. to run that course at that time or at all. In case of course cancellation, PANTA RAY S.r.l. will notify participants via e-mail and a full reimbursement of the outstanding invoice will be provided. Customer is not entitled to request any additional penalty sum.
Complaints: Your needs are important to us. Managing complaints helps us identify critical improvable areas while also giving us a chance to strengthen and/or re-establish customer’s trust in our organization. A complaint is considered valid only when it is issued via email, when it shows the details of the person or party making the complaint, and when it includes the reasons for the complaint itself. Please note that complaints must be addressed to training@pantaray.eu. PANTA RAY will reply to the complaint by and no later than 30 (thirty) days of its receipt.
Use of Personal Data: Prior to your consent, we may use your data to periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Use of the Platform
PANTA RAY S.r.l. grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site in accordance with the instructions on the Site and these Terms and Conditions. In your use of the Site, you agree not to do anything that may cause undue inconvenience, disruption or offence to PANTA RAY S.r.l., or that may affect the security or operation of the Site, any services offered via this Platform or any network or system underlying or connected to them.

Termination
PANTA RAY S.r.l. may terminate your rights under these Terms and Conditions (and access to the courses and Platform) immediately by notice in writing if you: a) breach these Terms and Conditions; or b) use the Site in any way that is inappropriate, illegal or may adversely affect PANTA RAY S.r.l. reputation in any way.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy without reference to principles of conflict of laws. You agree to be bound by Italy’s law and to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy in connection with the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions. You may not assign, transfer or subcontract your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions with the prior written consent of PANTA RAY S.r.l. PANTA RAY S.r.l. may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without your consent.
