Once you have implemented your resilience management systems – for your crisis, risk, business continuity, or supply chain management – the hard work is just beginning. Now, you have to make sure that your efforts don’t go to waste and keep bringing added value to your organization for years to come.

That’s where we come in. Whether you need regular consults on methodological doubts and questions or require hands-on expertise to help you execute resilience management activities, PANTA RAY’s team offers a variety of maintenance packages to meet your needs.

Our goal is to help you achieve excellence in your resilience management systems. Sometimes that means going through your program documentation and pointing out strengths and weaknesses. Other times it means supporting you in more operational tasks such as analyzing tricky processes from a business continuity perspective or delivering bespoke training sessions at all levels.

We can help you with that

Our Resilience Maintenance service comes in two forms:

They consist in either a 1- or 3-year service featuring unlimited hours of available organizational resilience support. With this service, our clients are always guaranteed access to PANTA RAY’s expertise and consultancy. Our purpose is to ensure that resilience management arrangements and plans are kept relevant, up-to-date, and operationally ready to respond. If it helps your resilience, we can work on it.

The only difference is in the scope of PANTA RAY’s assistance.

Both packages feature standard activities, but we encourage our clients to work with us to come up with a bespoke solution that meets specific needs within our standard framework.

Resilience Maintenance – Methodology (1 or 3 years)

Standard activities include:

  • Policy and program management review.
  • Training and awareness needs evaluation.
  • Analysis methodology assessments (BIA, risk assessment, horizon scanning procedures etc.).
  • Strategy and solution design methodology appraisal.  
  • Response plan review.
  • Regular check-point meetings.
  • Remote availability for on-the-spot methodological consults.

How it works:

  1. PANTA RAY conducts an initial Quality Review, comparing existing resilience management elements with relevant international standards and best practices.
  2. Based on the results of this analysis, we suggest improvement measures.
  3. We then schedule regular check-point meetings to help guide our clients towards their objectives.
  4. Our team is always available for on-the-spot advice requests.

Available person-hours: unlimited.

Please note: The Methodology package does not include operational support. Operational support is understood to mean support in implementing any specific resilience management activity, such as, but not limited to, drafting policy or program documents, delivering training or awareness sessions, coordinating or conducting analysis interviews, drafting plans or performing plan interviews. These and other activities are included in our Resilience Maintenance – Full Support package.

Resilience Maintenance – Full Support (1 or 3 years)

Standard activities include:

  • All Resilence Maintenance – Methodology activities.
  • Policy and Programme management support.
  • Training and awareness support.
  • Organizational resilience analysis support (BIA interviews, risk assessments, supply chain analysis etc.).
  • Resilience strategy and solution design support.
  • Response plan drafting and implementation support.
  • Validation exercise support (crisis scenario simulations, functional tests).

How it works:

  1. For the duration of the service, PANTA RAY provides all activities included in the Resilience Maintenance – Methodology
  2. We plan together and we work together to achieve your goals. PANTA RAY’s team is also available to support and/or execute all of the activities included in the standard activities list, plus any extra activities agreed upon beforehand, as stipulated during the sales process.
  3. Our team is always available for on-the-spot advice requests.
