Raouf Riahi

Raouf Riahi is Business Continuity and Crisis Management Consultant, CEO and founder of GRSS Consulting and Africa Business Continuity training center in Tunisia, with a multinational experience including different business sectors and international NGOs.

During his career in the navy special forces, he gained an extensive experience in security risk management, crisis management, emergency management and high value asset protection.  He has a remarquable leadership style and excellent skills in strategic foresight. Known as the “problem solver”, he has innovative solutions to the different types of problems that can disrupt a business. The experience with the Business Continuity Institute gave him a new vision and knowledge to better serve the clients and to promote the culture of resilience. He serves as a business continuity consultant with volunteer actions in schools and universities and working with different industrials to build a national model of business continuity adapted to the culture of the region. He is willing to establish the North Africa Business Continuity Chapter and he is confident that this dream will be a reality very soon. Winner of the BCI Africa Awards 2021 and shortlisted for the global BCI awards.
