Lucila has been with PANTA RAY since 2019. She works remotely from the Philippines as the Research and Intelligence Advisor. She manages, designs, and analyzes gathered data in some of the research reports, white papers, and articles that PANTA RAY publishes.
She is a licensed psychometrician with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research. She completed her master’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines. Managing global research projects in Business Continuity Management and Organizational Resilience is not new to her, prior to her current role, she was the research and insight analyst of the Business Continuity Institute.
She holds a Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute.
Outside of Work: Lucila enjoys travelling alone or with her fiancé. She is a recent cat lover. (Her cats have helped her cope with staying at during the pandemic). She regularly practices yoga and loves quiet time with a perfect cup of coffee and a good book.
