Alessandra is a Business Development Associate at PANTA RAY, where she supports all of our clients in the operative activities to implement a Business Continuity Management System. In the last year she worked closely with clients that operate in the financial, energy, entertainment, and welfare sectors, developing her knowledge in Organizational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
Alessandra also contributes to the development of all our training courses, both proprietary and eLearning, from the content research to the development and creation of teaching materials. Since she joined PANTA RAY as Training Analyst in 2021, Alessandra still follows part of the administrative training-related activities.
Last but not least, her cross-functional knowledge of PANTA RAY’s business also sees her engaged in all the commercial activities with our external stakeholders. Indeed, she is involved in the expansion of our global partnerships and the development of ad-hoc proposals for current and potential clients.
Alessandra graduated in Business Administration with a minor in International Affairs at John Cabot University, an American university based in Rome in May 2021.
Outside of PANTA RAY, Alessandra never misses opportunity to organize a trip and discover the world. When she doesn’t travel, either Alessandra is out for dinner or definitely watching a TV show.
